Returns & Exchanges Policy

Rooftop Tents

Our rooftop tents are built tough and made for serious adventure, so we don’t offer returns, refunds, or exchanges if you change your mind. They’re a considered investment, so we’re always happy to answer questions before you buy — just reach out.

Accessories & Add-ons

For smaller items, we handle returns and exchanges on a case-by-case basis. If something’s not right, send us an email with the details (and a couple of photos) so we can take a look. If we approve a return or exchange, return shipping costs and a restocking fee may apply.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take care packing every order, but if your gear shows up damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, let us know straight away so we can sort it out. Photos help speed things up. We’ll repair, replace, or refund depending on the situation.

Shipping

We use trusted carriers and package everything to handle the journey. If you’d like extra peace of mind, we can arrange transit insurance for you at cost — just let us know before your order ships.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, even if we approve a return or exchange for accessories.

All returns or exchanges must be made within 7 days. A restocking fee of 10% applies.
